Our Custom Dune house is surrounded by our charming woods on the lower bluffs of the Lake Bluff Preserve. Enjoy high ceilings, an open living room, kitchen, and dining room. Two bedroom suites are available on the main floor and can accommodate up to 6 guests. The winding wooden stairway to the second floor offers views of the lower rooms from the walkway and has 6 bedrooms. Dune House is surrounded by woods and trails and a short walk to the upper bluffs for spectacular views of Lake Michigan.Â

Meet our Team:Â
Reservations: Dawn Sloboda joined the Lake Bluff Preserve to handle reservations in December of 2019 after moving back to Michigan.  In her former life she was a Planner at a large Ad agency in NYC, a Facilities Analyst for a Pharmaceutical Company and store manager for the Indiana Dunes National Park. She currently also manages her own small business.
