Our newly built Spruce house was designed to provide large families and groups up to 20 guests with a comfortable eating and living space, all with stunning views of Lake Michigan. This four story home has two wrap around decks perfect for watching the sunset, 8 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, three living rooms. For additional space for up to 28 guests, rent our attached Poplar house, *Spruce and Poplar are automatically rented as one unit during summer season (June, July, August).

Breath-taking wedding venue!
Lake Bluff Preserve was beyond my wildest dreams of what I dreamed my wedding would be! The most perfect location and beautiful house. There were a few hiccups with the house for example the propane grills were wore out and unavailable and we were counting on those to grill steak for my rehearsal dinner and it would have been nice to have curtains on the slider door to the second floor suite. But overall, outstanding experience, mesmerizing views, and excellent location for a family vacation or a wedding!
Amazing!
We had our wedding here in May and it was the best decision we've ever made. You cannot beat the view, the accommodations, the privacy, or the lake bluff staff. Our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more. I highly recommend having any event, family reunion, or weekend getaway here. Absolutely incredible. Thank you Lake Bluff!!! We will be back!
INCREDIBLE VIEWS
Wow just WOW!! This place is spectacular. Overlooking Lake Michigan from that vantage point and watching beautiful sunsets was something else. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting around the fire each night looking over the lake. You won't get a better view from this side of Lake Michigan I promise. What a place! Nancy and Bob were fantastic as well. Great place all around!

Unique and Wonderful
What a delightful place! Very clean and well equipped in every way. I was there for a wedding and found it to be a wonderful venue. The views are spectacular. I especially liked the fact that there were sitting areas on every floor that provided places for conversation as we gazed out at Lake Michigan. Very restful.
Beautiful Michigan!
Beautiful place! 4 families with kids, the house was so spacious and clean! All amenities, property manager was prompt when contacted. Will be going back again next summer. Book without hesitation!
Wonderful Stay
It was so lovely to stay here. The house is beautiful, spacious, and clean. Sitting on the deck and watching the sunset over Lake Michigan took our breath away every evening. The property being on a bluff and near the lake reminded me of the Swiss countryside, serene and peaceful. We would have appreciated the ability to safely access the beach from the house but were glad to be a short driving distance away from the public access beach in Frankfort. I would highly recommend this house to anyone. Although we had some minor issues and questions, they were all addressed and we were thankful for the prompt responses.

Perfect accomodations for guests attending a wedding. This was used by about 8 couples who were good friends of our daughter's who came to attend her wedding. This could not have been more perfect, with plenty of space, and bathrooms, and relaxation areas....not to mention the decks and views from every bedroom of beautiful Lake Michigan and Michigan sunsets on the lake!

Host: Bob Adams is certified master gardener and you may see his handy work throughout the Property, he is also an Amazon author and a lifestyle blogger and an avid golfer. Â He can recommend great golf courses all along M22 to play!
Host: Nancy Albrecht is a Realtor® Associate Broker with over twenty years of experience with Real Estate One in the greater Traverse City area. She has memberships in the Traverse City Chamber of Commerce, Economic Club, and Women’s Counsel of Realtors.
Reservations: Dawn Sloboda joined the M22 Lakeshore Trail to handle reservations in December of 2019 after moving back to Michigan. Â In her former life she was a Planner at a large Ad agency in NYC, a Facilities Analyst for a Pharmaceutical Company and store manager for the Indiana Dunes National Park. She currently also manages her own small business.
